
In my practice I work with couples, individuals, teens, and children. My approach is empathic, warm, and supportive. I see my role as a guide or facilitator to the healing and change you are capable of.

I have received additional training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for Couples, Motivational Interviewing, Seeking Safety, Hokomi Method, EMDR, attachment focused treatment for children, and PTSD. I gained my experience at Family Service Agency of Marin, Hospice by the Bay, the YWCA, A Special Place Preschool, and Jack's Camp - Pediatric Brain Cancer Camp. I received my undergraduate degree from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo and my Masters Degree from the University of San Francisco. Outside of the session room I can be found open water swimming, cycling, or enjoying the trails on Mt. Tam.
